

About Steve Rodzos
I thrive on working with organizations to problem solve. My aim when starting Fit First Fractional was to offer Executive/Senior Leadership level expertise to primarily small and mid-size companies who need help scaling/growing to the next level, but are not ready to bring on a full-time COO or CHRO from a cost or timing perspective. From early beginnings as a US Army Veteran of Desert Storm, to hourly skilled trades, to varied Operations and HR leadership roles, culminating in a C-suite role as Chief Operating Officer, I bring 25+ years of experience to my clients.
My experience comes from multiple industries including manufacturing, healthcare insurance, oil & gas, utilities, and steel with diverse companies including Ford Motor Company, Nevada Power Company, Gerdau, BP, Marathon Petroleum, Meggitt, and Salus Group. I have found that regardless of industry, company size, product being offered, service being offered, or company location - - the fundamentals of successful Operations and Human Resources are the same and scalable.
I have successfully leveraged my work experience and Master's Degree in Organization Development with an un-biased, straight-forward, down-to-earth approach to fully understand pain-points and identify opportunities for positive cultural and bottom-line growth. We will identify and overcome all internal and external roadblocks to achieve success with all goals and targets.
I offer the leadership and subject matter expertise to make your organization more productive and profitable. I am motivated by relationship-based partnerships and am truly always striving for customer satisfaction.
I can tailor my engagements to fit your needs and budget. I offer daily, weekly and monthly report oversight, daily calls with the executive team, daily contact with the management team and weekly management conference calls. I also offer monthly or quarterly onsite visits for best practice sharing, training, stand-downs, and sensitive HR project work/tasks.

Because most of my engagement will be done remotely, I can offer my services for a fraction of the compensation that a full time COO or CHRO would ask for. Because of my experience I can quickly provide you immediate value in creating/improving your Operations and/or HR processes. Once we complete the necessary improvements and get the processes/functions to "maintenance mode", I will help recruit a permanent Manager, Director, or COO/CHRO who can take over and grow with your company.
